Therapy
I used to be wary about going to therapy and didn't really understand it. I would say many people feel the same way, and it holds them back from going. When I decided to attend therapy, it was because I was at the lowest point in my life, and I needed guidance on how to get out of it. It's a common misconception that you have to start therapy when something bad has happened in your life, or you have a mental illness. If I had known this, then I would've started therapy before I got to a bad place in my life so I could learn how to deal with and cope with it better. I do believe people are normalizing therapy, and the culture around it is getting less stigmatized. Everyone should go to therapy. Even if you have the perfect life or the crappiest one, therapy is meant to help you control, analyze, and reassess your emotions and actions towards things in your life.
